Raspberry Daiquiri Cuptail

Rum, sugar, powdered sugar, flour, eggs, butter (dairy), milk (dairy) lime/lime zest, raspberries, salt, vanilla extract.

A fruity, tangy delight – our Raspberry Daiquiri Cupcake features a light lime-infused sponge, bursting with tropical flavour. The centre hides a rum-infused raspberry jam filling, topped with a vibrant citrus buttercream that delivers the perfect balance of sweet and sharp. A little taste of summer in every bite.

All of our cakes are freshly baked in a small kitchen where allergens such as gluten, dairy, nuts, and others are present. While we take every precaution to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely allergen-free.
