At Cupcake Liqueur, we prioritise the quality and freshness of our cakes. To maintain the highest standards, we ship all orders via Tracked 24 or Special Delivery. This ensures that your cake arrives as perfect as when it was made. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:
 

DELIVERY AREA
 

• We offer delivery within United Kingdom 
   

DELIVERY TIMES
 

• All cakes are delivered Monday through Saturday, with delivery typically within 1-3 working days of order confirmation.

• Orders placed before 12 PM will be delivered within 1-3 business days, while orders placed after 12 PM may require an additional working day for delivery.

• We will provide an estimated delivery time once your order is processed.

• You can let us know your preferred delivery when adding the product to your basket. This is useful for pre-orders. 
   

SHIPPING COST
 

• We charge a flat rate of £4.99 for most orders with the exception of whole cakes (6", 8", 10"). For these, we charge £15 for special delivery guaranteed before 1pm.
   

COLLECTION
 

• If you’re local to our area, we’re happy to arrange a free pick-up for your order. Please contact us before placing your order to arrange a suitable time for collection.
   

MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
 

• If you wish to amend or cancel your order, please notify us within 2 hours after placing the order.

• Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
   

DAMAGED AND INCORRECT ORDERS
 

• In the unlikely event that your cake arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we will work to resolve the issue.

• If the order is incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
